5. Website Hosting and Maintenance

If hosting and maintenance services are included, they will be subject to additional terms specified in the service agreement. Domain names registered on behalf of clients remain the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

MarioX Web Solutions will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms and conditions shall apply from the date of publication on our website.
